Terms of training
These terms apply to seats, private hours, evening groups, and live observation booked with Soft Canvas Core in Thailand.
Acceptance
By requesting a place, paying a deposit, or attending a session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not book. We may refuse a seat to anyone who has not seen a price chart before, or who asks only for that day’s tips.
The training
Soft Canvas Core provides classroom instruction in technical analysis for intraday support and resistance. We do not execute trades, hold client money for trading, provide brokerage, or guarantee that any level will hold. Nothing said in the room is personal investment advice tailored to your financial situation.
Booking
A seat is held after we confirm in writing and receive the deposit described on the fees page. Written confirmation is sent to the email you provide. Dates may move if fewer than four evening-group seats are filled; we will offer a new run or a refund of sums paid for that run.
Your conduct
You must not photograph other students’ sheets, record the live open, or solicit other attendees for competing classes inside the room. We may ask you to leave without a refund if you disrupt the first-hour silence or persist in calling trades out to the group during observation.
Intellectual property
Printed packs, wall mark-ups, and follow-up notes remain the copyright of Soft Canvas Core. You may keep your own annotated copies for personal study. You may not reproduce the pack as a course, sell scans, or present our sheets as your own teaching material.
Liability
Trading involves the risk of loss. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Soft Canvas Core is not liable for trading losses, missed fills, or decisions you make after a session. Our liability for a booking is limited to the fees you paid for that booking, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or other liability that Thai law does not allow us to limit.
Website
The site describes training in good faith. Fees are informational. There is no checkout. If a date on a confirmation note differs from a page on this site, the confirmation note prevails.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction over disputes arising from a booking or from use of this site, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
