Data controller

Soft Canvas Core is the controller of personal data collected through this website and through bookings for training at 309/3 Chan Rd., Wat Phra Ya Krai, Bang Kho Laem, Bangkok, 10120, Thailand. Contact hello@softcanvascore.digital or +66 022129250.

What we collect

When you write via the contact form or email, we receive your name, email address, chosen training format, any preferred date, and the message you send. If you later book, we also keep deposit references, attendance dates, and any charts you choose to send. We do not ask for citizen ID numbers, bank-card details on this site, or health information.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer enquiries, confirm seats, prepare printed packs, send follow-up notes after private hours, and keep records required for Thai accounting. The legal bases we rely on are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing the training contract, and our legitimate interest in running a small classroom and defending legal claims.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become bookings are kept for twelve months and then deleted. Booking records, invoices, and follow-up notes are kept for five years to meet tax and dispute needs, then destroyed. Consent preferences stored in your browser remain until you clear them.

Sharing

We do not sell lists of students. We may share details with an accountant, a bank processing a transfer you initiated, or a Thai authority if required by law. Hosting providers who store this static site may process technical logs such as IP addresses according to their own terms.

International transfers

If our email or hosting provider stores data outside Thailand, we still remain the controller in Bangkok. We only use providers who offer a contractual duty of confidence. Charts you send may contain trading information; do not include account passwords or broker credentials.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal data we hold, correct it, or request deletion where we no longer need it for a booking or for law. You may object to our using enquiry data for follow-up mail about new evening runs; we will stop that mail. To exercise rights, write to hello@softcanvascore.digital. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
